We charge per Asset, NOT USER!
In construction, It's common for high turnover of employees. Therefore you could be constantly purchasing new user licenses to accommodate user needs. This also poses more administration work needed to receive the basic tracking information. After some time, you could find yourself paying for additional licenses that are not being used.
Access for Everyone!
It's common that our competition allow for users to submit information on each piece of equipment however, they do not always allow for retrieval of that data. Only the Manager in the office can see that machines information. With FleetTap, any user can see the complete service history and depending on subscription level, any needed documentation such as: Operators Manuals, Commercial Vehicle Inspections, Insurance Documents, Safety Certificates and more.
No App Required!
Anyone can access the Assets information and provide updates, pre-trips, post-trips and safety concerns without the need of downloading an app. Anyone with a cellular device newer than 2013 (full list of compatible devices listed below) can access and submit information through FleetTap's NFC tag.
Live Background Updates
When using the competitions applications, data can be missed when the application isn't updated on a regular basis. With FleetTap being an online web app, there is no app to update as all updates are performed online. Next time you tap the NFC Tag, the update is already there.
FleetTap has no User fee's. We charge based on the assets being used. Depending on the Subscription you choose, this allows anyone on, in or around your asset to be able to view all required safety information and/or certificates, service history, compose pre and post trip inspections and more. The option for Access level Codes (i.e. Mechanic code, Operator Code) can be provided to ensure security of data available. Contact us for more information.
